We kindly ask you to pay in cash or by card after each completed treatment.
You can pay with the following cards:
Visa
Visa Electron
MasterCard
Maestro
When you arrive at the clinic, please check in by scanning your health insurance card (sygesikringsbevis) or by speaking to the receptionist.
When it is your turn, you will be picked up by your dentist, dental hygienist, or dental assistant.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel at least 2 hours in advance, or preferably the day before. This allows another patient to benefit from the time slot instead.
In the case of a late cancellation or a no-show, we charge a fee. This is because the time was reserved specifically for you, and we could have helped another patient during that time.
